1.2. An individual becomes a Client, and therefore a party to these Agreements, only after creating an account on our website and accepting these Terms.

1.3. Clients are not required to submit personal identification documents to register or access our services.

1.4.All interactions between the Client and the Company are considered private transactions. Participation by the Client is strictly voluntary.

1.5. By registering on the website, the Client fully accepts all provisions of this Agreement without exception. If the Client disagrees with any part, they must not use the Service.

1.6. The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or remove any part of these Agreements at any time without prior notice. Such changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the website.

1.7. In the event of a breach of these Terms by the Client, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Client’s account without refund.




2: REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

2.1. Registration is required to access the Service and create a user account.

2.2. During registration, the Client must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information, including a valid email address. If the Client forgets their password, a reset email will be sent to the registered address.

2.3. Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and any other sensitive information associated with their account.

2.4. The Company is not liable for unauthorized account access resulting from the Client intentionally or negligently sharing their login information with others.

2.5. The Client is solely responsible for the security of their authorization data and must prevent third-party access.

2.6.Company representatives will never request a Client’s password. If such a request is received, the Client must report it immediately.

2.7. . Clients must inform the Company of any changes to their personal information in a timely manner.

2.8. Clients may request a password reset at no cost. Once completed, a new password will be emailed to the Client.

2.9. Each individual may register only one account. The Company reserves the right to suspend or delete multiple accounts without refund.

2.10. The client must give the company's administration their payment information in order to withdraw money.


3: PAYMENTS & WITHDRAWALS

3.1. The Company calculates and distributes returns according to its investment plans.

3.2. Clients may deposit funds into their account using any of the methods listed on the website.

3.3. Referral commissions are issued in the same currency used by the referred party during their deposit.

3.4. No referral commission is paid for deposits made from a referral’s internal account balance.

3.5. Clients may open and manage multiple active deposits simultaneously, subject to compliance with these Terms.

3.6. The Company reserves the right to modify program rules, commission structures, and interest rates at any time and at its sole discretion, without prior notice. Clients are responsible for reviewing current terms regularly.

3.7. All deposits are final. Clients are not entitled to request an early withdrawal of the principal amount.

3.8. Profits may be withdrawn using the same e-currency used for the initial deposit.

3.9. Clients have full discretion over their earned profits, including reinvestment, withdrawal, or allocation, provided it aligns with the Terms of this Agreement.

3.10. To process withdrawals, Clients must provide accurate and valid payment details to the Company.

3.11. Clients agree to use only their own payment instruments for both deposits and withdrawals.

3.12. The Company is not liable for errors resulting from incorrectly provided payment information.

3.13. Clients waive the right to file claims for losses resulting from a breach of this Agreement.

3.14. The Company reserves the right to deny service to any Client at its sole discretion, with no obligation to provide a reason. In such cases, the Client’s funds will be returned.




Anti-Spam Policy
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for SPAM or any form of Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE). Accounts associated with SPAM activities will be permanently terminated without notice.

Membership Discretion
DELTA ONLINE GB LIMITED reserves the right to accept or reject any membership application at its sole discretion, without the obligation to provide justification.
